Image Transfer issue with WX350

Bought this camera in September. Took on holiday to USA and all images from that trip are accessible and I can copy from the camera to the PC (USB Mass Storage) no problem. However yesterday evening I was at a salon open event taking pictures for the owner and those pictures do not appear to be accessible for me to copy to my PC.   The last image I can copy is from my holiday dated in September.   I can view the images on the camera and scroll throught them no problem.   I know the images are not stored on the internal memoruy and have to be on the card .... so how do I make them visable so I can get them to my customer ?

I've never had a problem like this with ANY camera I've had in the past.

I don't know the details how you search the pictures through the pc on the camera, are you looking in the correct folder? Maybe there are more folders created.

I think it is easier for you to use playmemories home, it's free software to import files from your device onto the pc.
