The TV does not turn on, the screen is black when I press the power button the white LED lights remain for few seconds, then goes out but the screen is still black.

how can reset the TV to factory settings without screen ?

Hi there

You have probably resolved this by now, but your TV most likely has a hardware fault and need to be repaired by an authorised Sony repair centre.
