Hi there

Skype is not supported on the Android TV platform. However Microsoft have stopped supporting Skype across all Smart TVs from all brands.

The best bet is to buy an external Android TV box with a camera that can connect to Sony TV, as Skype is not supported on TV-s any more. For instance you can check out [URL removed by moderator] that could be a solution for you.
