Hi there

If this has not unfroze itself yet - unplug TV from the mains for a couple of minutes and try again. Once you have got the TV working again, I would recommend a factory reset, to clear any issues.

Cheers

Hi

Was your TV connected to Internet via WiFi when the Update was performed?

If yes then try turn OFF your Router Modem, leave this OFF and then do what Quinnicus said.

This way a firmware Update is prevented from continuing installation and there is a possibility to Boot.

If you manage to boot normally, do not Power On your Router, do not try a wired connection, wait one minute for TV to stabilize and then perfom a factory Reset.
