ES Explorer Download extremly slow

Hi everyone

i have installed on my 55XD7005 es explorer to retrieve some files but when i download them from my local network (no external access only local IP 192.168.0.xxx) the download transfert is poor (~75 kb/s)

My tv is connected directly to my router on ethernet so there is no reason to be so slow.

can someone tell me how to solve this problem ?

Hi there

I am not sure why you are storing files on the TV itself, the TV is not designed for that usage, besides it only has a small amount of accessible storage space. At the end of the day, I am unsure on this, but it might just be ES Explorer going 'funny'?

Workaround is to use a USB drive and transfer files that way.

He said Retrieve, so I think he is copying files from the TV,

But again, I don't know why.

But either way(!) your USB suggestion carries the day, I think.
