Software update whilst watching tv

On two occasions now, I have been watching my Sony Bravia TV and it has restarted as if you had pressed the green button down on the remote control to do a reset.

Is this normal because it didn't used to do this?

It seems that you are not alone on this, as others too have noticed that their TVs have been rebooting more often (randomly) since the Marshmallow update.
