Sony X850C - HDMI Arc issue after launching Youtube

Got an issue with HDMI ARC, it was working fine until last night then boom it breaks.. My setup is below, I need some people to do testing for me please?

Pioneer VSX -1131 - Lastest firmware
Sony X850C - Latest Firmware
Factory reset done on both.
Nothing had changed in my setup
Mutiple HDMI cables chosen.
Disconnect cables and switched off TV and Amp for over a minute.

STEP 1- Initial breaking of ARC

Launch Youtube
Play video.
Go back to Youtube home screen
Play another video
Sound does not work
All google store apps such as Vimeo, Ted, Daily Motion etc all lose sound
Netflix, Amazon Prime, Google Movies and iPlayer are all unaffected

STEP 2 - However if I...

Launch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Google Movies or iPlayer
Then launch any google app such as Vimeo, Ted, Daily Motion
Sound works, even if I go back to home screen and play another video

STEP 3 - It then breaks again:

If I go back to watching Sky TV
Open any google app
First video is fine.
Subsequent no sound!
But fixes if I repeat STEP 2
Then breaks if I go back to watching TV and opening an app again.

What the hell is going on?

The beauty of HDMI "standard". Anyway, try with optical. If it's the same then it's OS relataed, if it works than it's crappy HDMI.
