Hi!

I have same problem which has been alive before and after update of Marshmallow. It's only about remote controller, batteries are new and so on. I tried many possibilities from forums of sony. Nothing helps the randomly appearing problem of remote controller not responding anyhow. TV led doesn't react. Problem is like 10-30sec long, and it appears very randomly.

This is annoying to just wait and wait.

EDIT: I'm using TV's own remote controller RMT-TX100D

This issue existed on first firmwares, was solved and then "came back" with Marshmallow.

Try clearing your apps cache from Settings - Storage & reset - Internal storage - Cached data

and clear data from as many system apps you can from Settings - Apps - System app. Then reboot.

Might solve for a while. Solves for me.
