Just purchased this TV and my direct input is through Virginmedia Tivo 6v linked wirelessly from new 5.0 Hub.

I am using Virgin media remote control for all programs but cannot adjust sound volume/ mute except from Sony

remote control . My previous Sony TV allowed me to do this.Is this achievable?

Thanks,stop looking.I called into Richer Sounds who have given me the answer. If anyone else wants to programme their Virgin Tivo remote control log into Virgin Media Communty for 29.7.2016 "Programming your remote using a code search".

I have been able to follow the instruction.
