Hi @Vanchik77 and welcome to the Community

Do you have any problems pairing other devices to your TV?

You're probably best contacting Sony Support about this, just to check if there are any known issues with your glasses. It may be hard to pinpoint if it is an Android glitch or whether the glasses may be faulty.

Give them a ring on +44 (0) 2073652810, unfortunately they aren't open at weekends.

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Dear all, good day.

I have a problem with my 3D glasses from Hi-Shock. I have been using them before android 6 came, and everything was perfect. But after android 6 was issued my 3D glasses do not connect. They are pairing, tut was saying that 3d glasses are registered and then my glasses just off.

I did everything the support of Hi-Shock was suggesting, but the same I cannot see 3d picture 😞

Maybe you can help me.

Thanks.

Ivan
