Having to re-tune to satellite every couple of days on KD-43XD8305

Hi all,

Satellite tuner such a great feature I was chuffed that I could get rid of one of my boxes under the tv but has anyone else experienced this. After an initial set up of the satellite tuner looks all good, detects well over 900 channels (Astra) and once completed I can watch my regional BBC channels, etc. but in a couple of days the settings are all but lost and notting appears under general satellite and I've got to re-rerun the initial set up. Very frustrating. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug?
