    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to ask if anyone has experienced problems with Netflix on this TV ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically with any tv show or movie, the picture freezes, or goes black after 15-20s. The sound continues to play as normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband internet connection is showing 45-46Mbps consistently on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://fast.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://fast.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried hardwiring the TV to my router LAN ports, this made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TV software is up to date, as is the Netflix app. I’ve tried to clear the cache data etc associated with Netflix, and a soft reset of the app and TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp;KD-65XE8596 and Netflix is&amp;nbsp;one thing&amp;nbsp;that actually works reasonably well here. I've not seen the problem you describe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
