KDL-50W805C No Display

TV bought August 2015. It worked fine last night, went to bed, this morning the display is black after turning on.

Light above Sony logo lights, backlight lights, but the only image on the display is a square inch at the far left bottom of the screen which is a jumble of colours/pixels. Sound works ok from the inputs (can hear sky box, just no display). Tried powering off with leads out for ages, no change.

I tried doing a reset by holding up arrow for 5 seconds but no luck.

Can anyone help?
