&lt;P&gt;Its probable you'll have to phone Sony Support about this on &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="tel:02073652810" target="_blank"&gt;+44 (0) 2073652810&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;but it may be worth you trying a reset first to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try powering off the TV, unplug it and then leave for a minute,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then reconnect the power and start your TV up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
