Sony Bravia KD43X8307C Just Stopped Working

Help! Our TV has just stopped working. I carried out the recommended update which it did but now it is stuck on reboot ie. 4 coloured circles whirring on the screen followed by the Sony logo and then constantly repeats. Have switched on & off, carried out factory reset which didn’t work and the screen just remains the same!

This TV is in a holiday home & probably hasn’t even had a years worth of use! Grrrrrr!

You should be able to reinstall the update but it may be best to talk to Sony Support about this before trying anything else.
