43XF8096 sound adjustment

Problem with the sound on our new 43XF8096. It is loud on some channels (eg BBC2) and very low on others. I have the following sound settings: Clear Audio+ is on, Sound mode is on Std, Surround is on Auto, Sound Restore is on Auto, Voice Zoom is on 0, Night is on off. Any tips on how to adjust.

Hi there,

Thank you for responding. The firmware version on the tv is 6.5631 and the tv says the software is uptodate although Sony Support have a new version 6.5830. I downloaded the latest version on a usb memory stick and tried to load it onto the tv but without success. I am asked whether to open in album. play music or videos or register the usb. It just would not load.
