    <description>&lt;P&gt;Be aware that good service or not ot depends on the fault you are experiencing but mostly it will never be convenient for you to repair it especially if it involves the panel. It will cost you more than buy another anew&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Rubbish Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;55" TV, 2.5 years old stops working. Followed instructions on website through to where it says "book repair". Every time it crashes. Local Sony repair centre in Birmingham has dreadful reviews so have no desire to take it there. Currys (where I bought it from), when contacting their repair centre refer me to Sony. Sony phone line no answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I now just ditch a £1000 TV that is only 2.5 years old? Sony = joke.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
