Android KD49X8005C Wifi & LAN connectivity issues

Running a TP Link Archer D2 with the TV connected to the 5GHz band (11a/n/ac mixed) and sometimes when we turn the TV on it drops the wifi connection.

To try and work around this I tried hard wiring it into the router however it didn't even seem to recognise and connect to a hardwired LAN.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues and have any resolutions?

Hi there

Can you retry using an ethenet cable (hardwired) - but this time disable Wifi on the TV. Goto Settings > Network > Advanced Settings and set Built-in Wi-Fi to OFF.

Remember to reset up the network connection on the TV using 'wired'
