My Sony TV will not switch on

Hello All,

My Sony TV did switch on today, checked the power supply unit 19.5 volts present. Pressed the button at the side, still not working and prior to the above changed the batteries in the remote.

Out of warranty, purchased 7/1/2019

2/6/2020

Any suggestions welcomed.

Hi @plug56UK

The starting point is always the full model number of your TV, it will start with KD. Are you sure that it is out of warranty which is normally 5 years in the U.K. I recommend that you contact Sony UK Support
