Unable to connect Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 to Sony KD55XH8196BU

Hi Folks,

I just replaced my old Sony TV with a newer model. Old model was KD-55XE8577. New model KD-55XH8196BU. My headphones worked just fine on the old model but will not connect on the new model. Any suggestions?

Probably they're no longer supported by the TV.

Is your TV running the latest software?

A2DP bluetooth profile was supported on your old tv and not in the new one. That's the reason why you cannot connect an audio device.
