Hi, can anybody help?
i have a Sony Bravia KD-55xh8196 tv. It is eight weeks old, after 10minutes the sound becomes intermittent it does not seem to happen on youview channels.

The tv updates are up to date.

Have exactly same problem with a KD-48A9. Began last Friday and still unresolved.

Several recent posts in the Android TV section with the same issue.

Have either of you tried clearing the cached data on your TVs? (Home - Settings - Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data - Clear)
