But have you tried a factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One other test that comes to mind is to connect the TV and the source device to the same Wi-Fi hotspot (routine network test)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win_88&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No Sound on airplay XH80-65</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a new TV Sony XH80-65, When we first used airplay we had sound, however there is no sound when using airplay from any device IPAD, MAC , iPhone on any application or web browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TV software is unto date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All apple devices are running the latest software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have Sonos soundbar attached the the ARC HDMI port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried with and without Sonos devices connected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a power reset on the TV - switched off for 5 mins at the plug&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have restarted the TV by holding the power button down until it restarts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
