In my new Sony KD-75XH9505, I have Dialogue Enhancer instead of Voice Zoom.
On Jan 2021 firmware!

Issue 1:

In my new Sony KD-75XH9505, in the Sound Customisation menu, I have Dialogue Enhancer instead of Voice Zoom. I'm on Jan 2021 firmware - the latest one.

Yet on my brother's identical KD-75XH9505 has Voice Zoom in the same Sound Customisation menu.

As you know, the 9505/9500 is supposed to feature Voice Zoom, whereas Dialogue Enhancer is the lower spec sound option in the 9005/9296.

Both my brother's model and mine are UK models purchased in January 2021.

Meanwhile, the other issue is that on my brother's 9505, the video thumbnail previews are crystal sharp (especially the HD and 4K ones), whereas on my TV, they are poor/480p resolution and shimmering/unstable - though upon clicking in and watching on full screen, they appear to be fine.

I appreciate your help on these matters!

I guess things got mixed up for you, these are two different settings as per the Help Guide here: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/haep1/v1/en/01-03-09_04.html
