kd49X8305C Has Sound but no picture

Hello my KD49X8305C has suddenly stopped having a picture. The OSD works fine and sound is fine but there is no picture. It displays the youview guide and channel information ok but won't display the picture, online services like BBC iPlayer menus can be seen but it won't play the content.

Any ideas greatly appreciated

Hi there

This sounds like the reported issue :

The temporary solution is to power cycle the tv - press and hold the power button on the remote control for 5-10 seconds and the tv should reboot itself. All else fails - unplug the tv from the wall for 30 seconds.
