anybody having problems with this app...worked fine until the update a few days ago..now it's just a blank screen?

Spoke to Sony, they said speak to PlayStation...and vice verse..

to to be honest it was one of the reasons I bought the TV?!

Hi there

I have just tested this on my TV - PS Now loads up and signs in to my account jst fine - therefore the issue is on your side on the tv itself.

Can you try pressing and holding the power button on your remote control for 5-10 seconds. The tv should do a full reboot. Then try again.

Yeah, i tried that twice...still not working...gonna have to take the tv back i think!

All good, tv decided to fully reboot on its own this morning..

all working fine, no need to trade in for an LG
