&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As the TVs firmware is upto date, I would recommend a resetting the TV completely back to factory default. &amp;nbsp;This can cure many issues and weird oddities.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>55X8509C Poor Software/Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a Sony TV for around 15 years, not had any issues with previous models but having upgraded to the 55X8509C 6 weeks ago I have had nothing but issues and am very disappointed :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In order to view Netflix hard reset required every day otherwise app crashes when selecting program to watch&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sound but no picture - hard reset required&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;both remotes unresponsive - hard reset required&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software for TV and all apps is up to date as of today but still experiencing the problems&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions what to do next as its really frustrating and not what I expected from what should be a quality product&lt;/P&gt;</description>
