Is it possible to pair a set of bluetooth headphones to my Android powered Sony TV? Can't seem to find any answers on Google 😞

As far as I believe, Bluetooth headphones are not supported.

Hello there

I have done some more digging on the reason why a bluetooth headset will not work.

According to Sony's manual for your tv, the follwing Bluetooth Profiles are supported:

HID (Human Interface Device Profile)
HOGP (HID over GATT Profile)
3DSP (3D Synchronization Profile)
SPP (Serial Port Profile)

However, in order for a headset to work, it requires support from another subset of bluetooth profiles: the main one being A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)
