topic Standby during Netflix in Android TV

We just bought a new Sony KDL-50W805C, and besides it having an error and awaiting a replacement, the TV doesn't seem to recognise us using e.g Netflix. My girlfriend likes to watch series on Netflix, but after a while a popup will say that the TV isn't recieving any signal and will go into standby unless she press a random key on the remote. Is there some way to fix this without turning off the auto-standby when idle completely? i would like the tv to still shutdown if one of the kids fall asleep to e.g. a BD or something and not have the TV run all night for no reason.

Hope you guys can help me out.

Sn3akr

Hi

The idle time out is a 'all or nothing' option. Why not srt the idle time out to say 4 hours? Alternatively set a sleep timer for 120 mins at night?

Cheers
