49X830 and juddering picture

Does anyone else get a juddering picture on this TV - it happens randomly on any device we use from Sky TV to Shield TV etc - it can be fixed by changing input and then changing it back. Just wondering as getting sick of the issues on this TV

Hey,

Give this a go. press the "Action Menu" button on the remote, select Picture - Auto Picture Mode - set to " Auto (24p sync) " even if it is already set to this, just select something else like Auto in the list, then re select Auto (24p sync) and see if it works!

Do this for all connected devices via HDMI input. So in other words, switch to SKY and follow as above, switch to DVD/BD player and do as above, PlayStation the same and any other HDMI device! This can also be done with apps (Netflix for example)

Let me know if this is the solution or not!?
