2015 Bravia KD- 55x8509C - Will Not Update

Hi , my KD- 55x8509C will not update . It keeps trying to but just turns off and then on again.

I sometimes get a 2123 error code . I have tried downloading the the firmware update to a usb stick and trying that way but once the tv says its about to start updating from usb it just turns off and back on again without updating. Can anyone offer any help please ?

The downloaded file from the support page has this size? 1,216,442,500 bytes.
