I understand the XD series has been launched for big sceeen tv's but does anyone know when the smaller screens (e.g. 43 inch) will be launched in the uk please ?

If you can list the exact model, ill see if I can find out for you. I believe there are 2 model series in the XD range for 43" - XD80 and XD83

I am looking for when/if there will be a new release of the KD43X8309CBU.

A search on the Sony.co.uk site for KD43XD80 or 83 does not return any information (search result ZERO).

Can you give any further clues to finding these new models please ?

Hi there

The model number that you are probably looking for is: KD-43XD8305

Unfortunately Sony is still a little way off for releasing this model or similar, hence the lack of information on the internet.
