No netflix on kd-55x8507c

I got the new Android tv last week, the kd-55x7507c, and for some reason there is no netflix app for this TV, I've tried contacting support, but they just keep going round in circles, with endless factory resets, I can't even cast netflix from my phone, I get a message telling me to update my mobile to higher than android 4.0, my phone is currently running lollipop, which last time I checked was 5.0, so something is not right, I'm hoping there are some smarter people on here than me who maybe able to help??

Brilliant thanks for the response, at least I'm not alone with these issues! Looks like we will all have to wait a bit longer.
