Bravia KD-49XG8196 Username and password don't match

KD-49XG8196

I'm trying to update Disney + and to do that i have to log into Google. When i enter my pwd I get an error saying that my Username and password don't match. I am POSITIVE that I am entering the correct password. I cleared the cache for Disney and even changed my google pwd but am still sering the error..

Any ideas?

Take care to distinguish 1 from I, (upper case i) or from l (lower case L), and 0 from O, and get the case correct (upper case/CAPITALS) or lower case.

If that doesn’t resolve it, put the username only, then choose ‘I forgot my password’.

Either that will fail at once, or you won’t get the email, in which case that bit is where the error is.

If you get the email, ‘change’ your password to what you think it is. If it lets you, that was wrong, but now it’s right.

If it says you have already used that password, shrug your shoulders and set a new one anyway.
