    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spend over £2000 on a TV and it is impossible to get basic info your website requires to register the product and sony pictures does not accept sign ups. Absolute shambles. A qr code would make the process simple for the consumer - the person who has just spent over £2000 on a TV....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many years, i said i would never go back to Sony because of a similar on-line shambles. I am already regretting my decision to buy a Bravia 8 Mk2...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
