Chinese user friendly TV's for the UK market?

I've posted this in Android TVs but am aware Sony now offer Google TVs I believe are built off of Android.

I'm looking to purchase a TV for my Chinese father that has Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) voice and character input/ user interface!

I'm aware that the Chinese character input would need to be done via an mobile app.

Also a TV with Chromecast would be ideal.

What are your experiences and suggestions?

It would be 60" and upwards depending on price!
