Internet Problem in SIM2

Hello People

I bought my Xperia C looking forward to have a good intenet connection, afterall there are two SIM slots.

But the internet connection on SIM 2 doesn't work and is not a SIM Card problem. When I change the SIM Card that was in slot 2 for the slot 1 it works perfectly and the SIM Card that was in slot 1 before doesn't work anymore. The problem is in slot 2.

I already sent to Sony Support but the problem persist.

What can I do to solve it?

Sorry for the blank post. SIM 1 slot only uses WCDMA/3G connection, while SIM 2 uses GSM/2G.

True and a good answer.That is because the phone is Dual Sim - Dual Standby.

2G internet is not working in sim 2

i have already tried whatever you told

please provide some solution

the question has been asked many times but you beat around the bush plz provide a direct response of the problem

I even checked with service centres they also could not rectify it
