Xperia C3 Camera shows BLACK SCREEN on start up

Dear Sony Team,

I bought my New Sony Xperia C3 mobile phone 2 days back i.e on 15 Jan 2015.
Later i got a system upgrade notification to upgrade and i done the same after i found that camera is not working as expected. It has a start up issue like shows a black screen. So i need to close the camera and start again, but on second start up it works fine .

Please let me know what will the issue and any walk though available, till the next upgrade.Let me know in case you need any additional info.

Note: I have tried factory reset as well but no help.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
