    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your responsibility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, I root it because space wasn't enogh on it. But when I conect my phone to pc to do something, Pc companion couldn't recoginze my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to hold volume down and then conected it to pc but it doesn't worked!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I back up /app folder and cut it to my sd card, then it was restart automatically and now it can’t boot. when i connect it to computer, i see a sd card mount in windows but i can’t access to it, how can i copied back my app folder to /.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that you have rooted your phone and moved the data\app folder? In that case i&amp;nbsp;suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using &lt;A href="http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiaz3compact/tools/pc-companion/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;PC Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but please note that this will reset your phone and delete all your data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To reinstall the software you need to start PC Companion without connecting the phone. Select Support zone, click Start on the option for software update. You will then see a message about no phone being connected. In that message you have an option for repairing the phones software with blue text. Click that and then follow the instructions. The guide will ask you to turn the phone off and connect it while it's turned off and while you're holding volume down button.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
