    <description>&lt;P&gt;just bought a sony experia L2 and having problems with an app that keeps popping up and cant use my phone com.mediatek.ims.imsapp has stopped can anyone please tell me how i can sort the problem asap thanks angee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My brand new Sony Xperia L2 straight out of the box comes up with a statement that "com.mediatek.ims.ImsApp has stopped" It instructs me to close the app. When I press the close button it comes straight back up. What do I do? Has anyone else had this issue? The support desk is shut!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;eventually we changed the sim card and the pop up has not come back on,we went from an iphone to the sony and maybe itwas something to do with the sim comming out of an iphone (ios)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just got a new Xperia L2 and not been able to use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I install the sim card I get message "mediatek.ims App has stopped".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep pressing the close app but it instantly comes back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be very grateful if any one can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem on first switching on my new Xperia. Have tried using XC but it can't do anything as it says the phone is locked. Can't do anything on the phone at all due to repeat popup error message. Tried taking SIM out, no help. What next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
