Lockscreen freezing

Hello,

I just bought my Xpera L3 a couple of days ago and so far, I've been very happy. However, I already had the lockscreen freeze for no apparent reason and I had to restart the phone in order to get it working again. When it happens, the fingerprint sensor does also not work. I might be able to type in the pin code, but it won't unlock or reject the (correct!) code.

Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

how often does this happen?

does it happen after you use certain apps?

I know there's a similar issue with the Xperia XZ that if you switch accounts and then switch back to the main account the fingerprint reader won't work at all until the phone it's reset

Have the same issue here and same description, using L3 for a month now it happened several times. Only option is to restart the device to maake the fingerprint sensor work again.

And also the issue with the keyboard always experience double letter while typing...

Hi, i have haft the same problem whith my Xperia L3 two times amd i have it only one week. The first time when i tried to reiniciate it said there were some corrupt data and it reseted as new, losing some importnt data from the phone.

The second time it happened it didnt reseted but i must turn it off and on again.

The problem is the same some descrived, the lockscreen blocks and after that i insert the patron and sais it is incorrect and printscreen doesnt work at all.
