I cannot update my apps or even download new games. What can I do?

how much space that would be? internal storage not SD card, are you using wifi or data?

My internal storage is at 11.58 GB of 16.00 GB. I use data instead of WiFi

could you try it with WiFi?

also, go to

settings > apps & info > look for google play apps > storage > clear data > restart the phone > try again to update the apps

I tried it with WiFi but it didn't work. But it's OK now. I used factory reset to clear everything and start from the beginning. Everything seems fine for now. Thanks for helping.
