    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1189592"&gt;@MickeyG&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to try different charging cables in order to see if it is the charging cable that is malfunctioning?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If cleaning the charging port and trying different cables do not manage to improve the connectivity of the charging, I suggest that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;local support team&lt;/A&gt; in order to have your phone sent to an authorized service center to be examined and possibly repaired. If you have any questions regarding the service such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your local support team as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that helped!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>UBC C cable falls out of L1</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried cleaning the port, as told in many a forum and tutorial, but the cable still falls out. I have never had the problem with micro USB. Cs don't have the spring clip that microes have. I take it as a design flaw.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
