The Xperia L3 is not water resistant and most of our devices that are water resistant are the flagship models, not the entry level or mid range devices. On the link below, you can find a list of water resistant devices.

Do note that the availability of devices may be different in your market/region, this is just a list of released models that are water resistant and are still in the support scope.
