my phone is stuck in wave screen

my phone is so low bat(0%), until I charge my phone and then when I want to turn on my phone, it's stuck on wave screen for a long time. and then I can't turn it off again until my phone doesn't have battery anymore, what should I do?

Remove the SIM and SD cards from the phone > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > repair it with XC

I try hold the volume down key method on xc but xc cannot detect my device. My device charging properly when connected to pc. My device also stuck in wave screen. Please help me
