Have you exposed the phone to water? dropped the phone? are you able to receive calls?

are you able to fully turn on the device?

If it does turn on, are you able to receive calls?

I can receive messages and notifications, I hear the noise, but the screen does not allow to see anything. It does not leave the black screen. Do you know what it can be?

It turns on normal, makes notification noise and receives call, but as said the screen only gets dark, do not leave it. Did the screen burn?

That does seem like a burned screen, you have two options, 1 contact your Local support or 2 DIY, which will be cheaper BUT it will void the warranty and if you don't know what you are doing it could destroy the phone.
