I have a problem where my phone doesnt produce any sound when playing music,watching video, and when being called i cannot hear the voice from the other side. When someone call I just answer the call with loudspeaker. I have already put it at its max volume but still no sound but i only hear the sound when i am using my headphones. Anyone can help me please!

check if you experience the same in >>> safe mode

test the device

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the earspeaker

Having the same problem. Tried resetting the phone and software repair. Besides the above problems, my phone's screen light also not get turned off while holding the phone with ear during call.
