Missing Surround sound option in WALKMAN after updating Xperia E new firmware 11.3.A.2.23

i updated my xperia E with latest firm ware and i noticed that they have removed

sorround sound settings option in sound enhancments in WALKMAN.

xperia support telling that with new update this surround sound option is removed.

any one who updated have noticed that...

2 days back i updated and found that head phones option is missing,

i contacted xperia support after 36 minuits of conversation SUPPORTE EXECUTIVE CONSULTED other supervisors and confirmed that this option is no longer available with new firmware,

to roll over to previous version we cannot do it in our pc,But we need contact service support, they will charge us for that

Those features were not needed anyways(walkman plays in very good quality and on high quality headphones those effects were terrible) .. And it also caused lags sometimes

Is that why the earphones are not working? The surround sound is off, and I think that's why my earphones are no longer supported on the phone 😕 How can sony earphones not be supported on a sony device?
