This Phone is AWFUL!

I've had this phone for a year, and i've had almost every problem everyone else has experienced.

1. The Phone lags and crashes unexpectedly (i've stopped syncing app data and run a factory reset and software repare-didn't help)

2. Phone over heats unless in airplane mode (once again, stopped syncing app data in background-no help)

3. Dead strip on the right side of screen (can't send texts, snapchats or any thing else vertically)

4. top and bottom strips of plastic that house sim card have fallen off merely from taking the phone in and out of my pocket and now the backing is slowly coming off too

At this point, there's too many problems to pay to repare any individual one. A new phone is the only solution i see

My Xperia lags a lot. whenever I go to wake up the screen, it takes 3 or 4 seconds for the screen to light up. Also, essentially every app i have (especially the google search bar and facebook) seems to crash randomnly. finally, when transferring Media from Media Go, Media Go displays the memory as full when there is quite a bit of space left. HELP!

thanks for the advice!

unfortunately the update service doesnt recognize my phone so i cant get passed the second step. its a real shame, i liked this phone but i dont know if i can get another Sony phone if things like this keep happening
