      <description>My xperia m dual smartphone. I bought it in august 2014, in jan15 it suddenly stopped charging, my charger is good.&lt;BR /&gt;I thought battery is gone... so inserted a battery of mdual of my frnd... phone was working smoothely.&lt;BR /&gt;First it charged in switchoff condition and then after sometime it even stopped that.&lt;BR /&gt;I went to authorised service centre of sony in indore at yashwant plaza...&lt;BR /&gt;Told them about charging issue..they took the phone... told me when it get repaired we will message u.&lt;BR /&gt;After some days they messaged me to take phone.. when i went there they told me that Pho ne is water damaged warranty voids and motherboard is gone... so i have to pay 7000 rs to change motherboard...i was surprised my phone not touched a drop of water...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Definitely they were lying...shame on such a big company..&lt;BR /&gt;Now how could i manage such a huge amount, i am a poor boy and a student....&lt;BR /&gt;Liers...&lt;BR /&gt;When i came home with my phone i put my friends battery in my phone.. Phone started but this time touch gone...they not repaired my phone and made it more bad by making its touch gone how could it be possible that a phone working even when motherboard is damaged..tell me sony??&lt;BR /&gt;I think i have to go to consumer court.. for such poor service..&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise please help me</description>
