Charge your phone for an hour then on your computer run PCC, follow all the steps to repair your phone, keep the phone off.

Hi Jowie,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You may also want to try removing any SD card or SIM card, as automatic restarts can also be related to faulty SIM's and SD cards.

I suggest giving this a go first and then attempted Uliwoolys instructions.

hello :3 i try PC COMPANION and it WORKS.

and several weeks later.

it returns to AUTO RESTART / AUTO SHUT OFF

and my new problem now is

1) CAN'T DETECT ON PC WHILE HOLDING VOLUME DOWN

2) AUTO SHUT OFF / RESTART

Hello. I have Succesfully Update my Software using PC COMPANION, and i just use other cable to detect my cellphone.
And my New Problem Now Is,
When i Insert My Micro SD card it returns to Auto Restart.
Anybody have other solution?
